Fruit Salsa

My boss gave me this recipe and said it was to die for...
She is absolutely right!

Shay and I made it tonight!
It was Delicious!

Fruit Salsa

2 medium granny smith apples, peeled, cored and diced or chopped small
1 pint strawberries, diced small
2 kiwis peeled and diced small
1 small orange
2 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS apple jelly or apricot jam

Zest orange to measure 1 tsp zest. Squeeze orange to measure 2 TBS juice.
Combine zest, juice, sugar, jam and combine with fruit.
Stir gently to combine. Serve with cinnamon/sugar tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups.

Cinnamon/sugar tortilla chips

12 large flour tortillas
Sugar
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400. Combine 2 TBS sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Lightly spray tortillas with water and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Cut in desired shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and serve with fruit salsa.

{We didn't love the tortilla chips, I think next time maybe we would spray them
with pam and add more cinnamon/sugar to them. They were okay but not great.
Definitely healthier this way.
