Thailand: Day 10

Kritsana's friend took us to a look out point.
It was breathtaking.
I still can't believe I was actually there.

This giggling group of muslim girls wanted a picture with us.
They had never seen white skin before.
They seriously were laughing the entire time.

Thailand: Day 9

We went to dinner at this great place.
I'm not exactly sure what it was overlooking,
But it was beautiful.

The English translations were so funny.
The menus always said Banana Sprit for Banana Split.

We asked Kritsana what Squid tasted like and she said
"Salty rubber"

Shay being the daredevil she is tried it out..

Thailand: Day 8

We drove straight from Phitsanulok to
The Bangkok airport then flew to Phuket.

Yes, this was a very long day.

Friends of mine who work for Marriott say its the
Most beautiful resort they have.
I would have to agree.

The service in Thailand in incredible.
We enjoyed our virgin drinks,
Beautiful leis
And cool towels.
Believe me it was Heavenly.

On our little buggy ride to get to our room.

Thailand: Day 7 Part 3

Third times a charm...
Right?

I seriously don't know how I keep forgetting
Such important pictures...

The next post I do will be day 8.
I promise.

People travel from all over to come and see this Budha.
It is regarded as the most beautiful Budha in Thailand
It is incredible. Nothing compares to seeing it in real life.

Tuk tuks,
(Named because of the sound of their engines)
Are these cute little 3-wheeled taxis

As you can see, it was a little cramped
But what a fun little ride it was.

Thailand: Day 7 Part 2

I don't know how I keep forgetting the best pictures...
So here is more of Day 7, the best part of day 7!

We celebrated Loy Krathong,
Loy Krathong is held on the first full moon of November.
It is a Holiday to honor and pay respect to their Water Goddess,
Phra Mae Khongkha (พระแม่คงคา)
They make elaborate, biodegradable rafts and float them on waterways.

It is a beautiful Celebration.

Check this picture out. Isn't this amazing?!

.

Our first Thai Massage..

What a perfect way to end the day with a $5 Thai Massage.

Thailand: Day 6 Take 2

How could I forgot these pictures?!
I saw this hat in Chaing Mai and knew I had to
Get it for my brother Ben. I thought he would love it.

Let me tell you, I was wrong.
Regardless, I think it's a great hat.
We got some pretty great pictures with it.

The best part was when Kritsana turned around and said:
"You turned my Aunt into a Gangsta?"
That is one memory I won't soon forget.
